Baking is a huge part of my life and a life-long passion of mine. I have been baking since I was old enough to reach the stove. I love to bake. Mostly because I love to be creative and I have a major sweet tooth, but also because I love to feed people. I love to take care of people and offer them something that I can make with own two hands. I love the look on someone's face and the sounds they make while eating my creations. It is very gratifying and fulfilling in giving. I feel like everybody should have a skill or service that they use to contribute to society or give back to the people in their lives. This is mine. If I have to bring a gift, I bake. If I have to bring something to a potluck, I bake. If I am feeling inspired, I bake. I love it and I hope to be able to share my passion with anyone who is interested in learning about. I have a couple of recipes on this blog already but it is going to take a little time to get them all posted on here. Bare with me.....

I love baking and as you can see I bake a lot. However, I am an advocate for healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle. My favorite part about baking and mission for this page is to encourage you to bake and share. I can't possibly eat all of this and I would never want to. I choose to bake these items and savor and enjoy a small portion of it and then I give the rest away.
Baking is the passion. Sharing is the reward.
Portion control is the key.
