FLOWERS & NATURE

I love flowers. I enjoy growing and taking care of them. Nature is full of so many beautiful plants and flowers, creatures and landscapes. I just can't get enough of it. I take lots of nature pictures and flowers are one of my faves. I have a lot of flowers at my home and most of them happen to be Roses and Hibiscus. I also happen to name most of my flowers because I take care of them and raise them for years and they are sooo beautiful that I feel like they deserve a name. I usually name them after my grandmothers or just cute old lady names, like Gertrude! I hope you love all my flowers as much as I do. Marvel in their beauty.

Helen
(She is named after my grandmother) Love her to death. I decided to name this one Helen because she is a strong and hardy rose with a beautiful long lasting bloom. She reminded me of my grams.

Martha Jo
(This little lady is named after my great grandmother, Helen's mom)
Martha Jo doesn't play around when it comes to her thorns. She has vicious thorns but a fragile delicate and vibrant bloom. She is strong and very bountiful. If granny was a rose then this would be her.

Our rainbarrel Goldfish

This small group of ducks fly through and stop at my house every year now for about 5 years.
I am not sure why they come to my house but they come without fail every year and hang out
on our roof. I like to think that they know that they are welcomed and not going to be harmed.
